- Demonstrate proficiency in hanging drywall
- Demonstrate proficiency in drywall finishing to include texturing
- Must be able to install baseboards and hang doors and trim
- Must be able to install cabinetry and fixtures
- Skilled in painting/finish work
- Previous construction experience needed
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to meet established production goals and timelines
- Effective written and oral communication
- High school diploma/GED
- Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
- Exposure to extreme conditions such as heat
- Walking and standing for long periods of time, driving, sitting, climbing
